The Carima Marbled Beef line selects premium Italian beef cuts from Frisian cows raised in the fertile Padania Valley in Northern Italy—known as the Italian Food Valley. Thanks to its unique microclimate and agricultural richness, the region is home to some of the finest PDO and PGI ingredients.

Our cattle are carefully selected based on meat conformation and marbling. Certified graders evaluate each cut by analyzing the quantity, distribution, and texture of intramuscular fat, along with other quality indicators such as firmness, color, and fat luster. Marbling levels—key to a tender, flavorful, and juicy eating experience—are categorized into three quality tiers: Superior, Rare, and Unique.
